If you have questions prior to enrolling, reach out to one of our sales representatives for help with your Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Montana Medicare Plan: 

  • Call us at 1-866-940-3022 (TTY: 711).
  • We’re open between 8:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m., local time, 7 days a week.
  • If you’re calling from April 1 through September 30, voicemail will be used on the weekends and holidays.

If you are retiring soon, talk with your human resources department or benefits administrator about Medicare options available through your employer or union. 

If you are a retiree group Medicare plan member and need assistance with recent enrollment, the status of a claim, or have questions, call the Customer Service number listed on your member ID card.
