* Applies only to members enrolled in non-grandfathered plans. A grandfathered plan is a health plan that was in place when the Affordable Care Act (ACA) became law in 2010. Grandfathered plans don't have to meet all the requirements of the ACA, so they may not cover the same services as a non-grandfathered plan. Don't know if your plan is grandfathered or non-grandfathered? Call BCBSMT to find out the status of your plan and what is covered.
