Living365® “Managing Your Asthma/COPD” Health Education Classes Available for Select Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Montana Members

To support our members with asthma or chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Montana (BCBSMT) has partnered with Albertson’s to offer LIVE Asthma/COPD Management Classes through July 2019. Through our Living365® program, these educational classes are being offered at no additional cost for our members with a Medicare Advantage plan.

These classes will give members the chance to:

• Learn more about the causes, symptoms and management of asthma and COPD from an Albertsons pharmacist.
• Better understand how to take inhaled medications. Using demonstration inhalers, the pharmacist will show the best techniques and common mistakes.
• Take part in a question and answer session.
• Receive free education materials – including an asthma/COPD booklet and water bottle.

Classes are expected to fill up quickly, so members are urged to reserve a spot in the class quickly. Reservations can be made by calling 877-728-6655, Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. (MT) or by visiting www.albertsons.com/Living365_AC.

Members may bring one guest for the class, who does not need to be a BCBSMT member. Guests should also be registered for the event, as space is limited.
