A new Plan Documents Viewer application will be available via Availity Essentials on Nov. 3, 2022, for providers contracted with Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Montana (BCBSMT). This application will allow you to view, download and/or save the BCBSMT Provider Manuals, Coding and Compensation Policies, National Drug Code (NDC) Fee Schedules, Resource Based Relative Value Scale (RBRVS) Fee Schedules, and Facility Fee Schedules.
The Plan Document Viewer was created to host these documents to give you access to the information in advance of the BCBSMT Secure Provider Portal retirement coming on Nov. 30, 2022. As a reminder, you can use Availity Essentials to receive the same type of information you previously received in the secure portal, as well as access to more enhanced tools and resources with a simplified user experience.
